I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer and had a highly satisfactory experience with Aiden, who demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and friendliness, making us feel like family. He efficiently addressed all our queries and ensured a smooth process, even waiting beyond hours to confirm our satisfaction. Although we visited on a busy Saturday, this being our second purchase at the location, I will undoubtedly return. Thank you Covert of Austin.
