I research what I want and what I want to pay before even going to a dealer. Anthony Avera sold us our Expedition. He was a pleasure to deal with and wasn’t pushy at all. We went back and forth negotiating a price and I was extremely pleased to come to an agreement on a deal. No games and all of the pricing was honest and upfront. Doing the paperwork there were no issues or surprises with the finance manager. He explained all of the warranty and service packages and was not pushy at all. Very professional and quick to get my paperwork done. They also had someone go through and get everything in the vehicle setup for us. I’m a pretty big ford guy and her knowing to make sure automatic updates were turned on will save a lot of people headaches down the road. They even made sure I had the master code for the door before I left. In the end I got the best deal from Covert on the exact Expedition my wife wanted. Thank you.
