I recently bought a Bronco from Covert and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I am already thrilled about my car and can’t wait to take it everywhere. Josh did an outstanding job with customer service. He was diligent, thorough, patient, communicative, and very kind throughout the entire process. He is very knowledgeable about Brocos which made the process even easier. Josh went out of his way to make sure I got the best car for me (even if that meant getting it across state lines). My family and I would absolutely purchase from him again. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of our finance manager, but he was also extremely patient and thoughtful, breaking down each part and making sure we understood everything. Sheila and Matt were also wonderful and kind during the process. Lastly there was a new salesman on the floor that got us started with the process. I am so thankful to everyone! I am thrilled with my experience at this covert and will happily continue to do business with them in the future.
