The only thing that has changed about the Austin 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning is its price, which has changed to $53,769 for the Pro trim, $82,769 for the XLT Extended Range, $87,769 for the Lariat Extended Range, and $98,669 for the Platinum Extended Range.

The Austin 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning has two electric motors; a 452-horsepower Standard-Range battery and a 580-horsepower Extended-Range battery. All trims are paired with all-wheel drive. The Austin 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning reached from zero to 60 mph in just 4 seconds and covered a quarter-mile at 107 mph in 12.7 seconds. Not only were we impressed with the electric pickup truck’s smooth ride and handling but also its lightning-quick acceleration.

However, the prominent difference is the voluminous front-trunk cargo bay and the large infotainment display. Did you know that Ford’s pickup truck can charge from 15 to 80% in just 44 minutes? The Austin 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning features a standard 98-kWh battery and an extended 131-kWh battery range. While the standard battery can be driven for up to 230 miles per charge, the 131-kWh battery pack boosts the driving range to 320 miles on a single charge cycle. In our 75-mph highway range test, the Austin 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning Platinum trim managed 230 miles of range.

The Environmental Protection Agency rated the Austin 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning Extended-Range for up to 63 MPGe on the highway and 78 MPGe in the city.
