Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and possess a valid driver's license. Entrants must complete the online registration form during the official entry period. Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated in the official rules.

Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Entrants must be physically present at Covert Ford at the time the winner is selected on July 4th to be eligible to win. Failure to be present when called may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

The selected winner does not receive a free vehicle. The selected winner receives the opportunity to purchase one designated qualifying vehicle from Covert Ford for a purchase price of $250 plus all applicable taxes, title fees, license fees, registration fees, documentary fees, inspection fees, dealer-installed options, finance charges if applicable, and any other fees required by law or associated with completing the vehicle purchase.

Vehicle selection, eligibility, availability, model, trim, equipment, and final qualifying vehicle designation are subject to dealer discretion and inventory availability. Certain vehicles, including but not limited to specialty vehicles, commercial vehicles, limited-production vehicles, high-performance vehicles, vehicles subject to prior sale, vehicles under contract, ordered vehicles, and vehicles otherwise excluded by Covert Ford, may not be eligible.

Winner must successfully execute all required purchase, title, registration, and dealership documentation and must meet all legal requirements necessary to complete a vehicle purchase. Winner is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all insurance coverage required by law prior to vehicle delivery. Failure to complete required documentation, satisfy legal purchase requirements, or obtain required insurance may result in forfeiture.

Prize opportunity is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged, assigned, substituted, transferred, or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of Covert Ford. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Covert Ford reserves the right to verify eligibility of all entrants and may disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, tampering, duplicate registrations, use of automated entry methods, providing false information, violating any official rules, acting in an unsportsmanlike manner, or otherwise interfering with the integrity or administration of the promotion.

Employees, officers, directors, owners, affiliates, advertising agencies, marketing partners, vendors, immediate family members, and household members of Covert Ford and affiliated entities may be ineligible to participate. Covert Ford reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, substitute, extend, or cancel the promotion due to fraud, technical failures, weather, acts of God, force majeure events, governmental actions, operational issues, inventory issues, or any circumstance that impacts the integrity, safety, legality, or administration of the promotion.

By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Covert Ford, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, vendors, agencies, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, injuries, or expenses arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance, ownership, purchase, operation, or use of any vehicle or prize opportunity.

By entering, participants consent to being contacted by Covert Ford and its partners by phone, text, and email, including marketing communications, where permitted by law. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Participants may opt out as provided in the communication.

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, image, voice, hometown, entry information, and winner status for promotional, advertising, public relations, and social media purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

This promotion is void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
