Eligibility

Open only to eligible legal residents identified in the Official Rules who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and possess valid government-issued photo identification. Employees, officers, directors and owners of Covert Ford and its affiliated entities, along with participating agencies, vendors, promotion administrators, immediate family members and household members of those individuals, are not eligible. Additional restrictions may apply.

Promotion Period & Entry

The promotion is expected to run from July 16 through August 1, 2026, with exact opening and closing dates and times stated in the Official Rules. Limit one entry per eligible person unless the Official Rules expressly state otherwise. Online appointment requests, Messenger conversations, telephone calls and form submissions do not constitute entries unless expressly confirmed under the Official Rules. Any required in-person check-in, appraisal completion or alternative method of entry must be completed within the stated promotion period.

Drawing & Attendance

The drawing is expected to occur at Covert Ford on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at approximately 1:30 PM Central Time, subject to the Official Rules. If presence is required, entrants must be physically present, properly checked in and able to respond when called. A selected entrant may be allowed up to three minutes to respond. If the selected entrant is absent, fails to respond, cannot be verified, declines the prize or is otherwise ineligible, Sponsor may select another potential winner. Drawings may continue until an eligible winner is verified.

Featured Vehicle

One verified winner will receive the chance to purchase the specific featured qualifying pre-owned vehicle identified by Covert Ford for $117. The vehicle's year, make, model, VIN or stock number, mileage, condition and approximate retail value will be disclosed in the final Official Rules or an incorporated prize addendum before the drawing. The winner may not select or substitute another vehicle.

The $117 purchase amount does not include applicable sales tax, title, license, registration, inspection, documentary fees, insurance, transportation, optional products, dealer-installed equipment or other charges required by law or elected by the winner. The winner is responsible for all such amounts and for satisfying all legal requirements to take title and possession. Any alternate prize, including a Visa gift card, must be expressly described in the Official Rules. Visa is not a sponsor of or affiliated with this promotion.

Winner Verification & Delivery

The potential winner is not a winner unless and until eligibility is verified and all required documents are completed. The winner may be required to sign an eligibility affidavit, liability release, publicity release, tax forms and vehicle purchase documents. The winner must provide valid identification, proof of insurance and any other documentation required by law or Sponsor. Unless otherwise stated in the Official Rules, the winner must complete the transaction and take ownership within seven calendar days after verification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Odds, Publicity & General Conditions

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, automated, fraudulent, late or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified. Except where prohibited, the verified winner may be required to permit Sponsor to use the winner's name, image, likeness, voice, city of residence and event photographs or video for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Sponsor may modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failure, weather, public-safety concerns, vehicle unavailability, governmental action or another circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects administration, fairness, security or legality.

Official Rules

These Official Rules govern this promotion in its entirety. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Covert Ford, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion. Any advertising, social media posts, emails, text messages, radio, television, digital advertising, or verbal statements describing this promotion are summaries only. If any promotional material conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.

Disputes & General Conditions

Covert Ford reserves the right to verify eligibility, investigate suspected fraud, disqualify entrants who violate these Official Rules, and modify, suspend, postpone or terminate the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration, integrity or fairness of the promotion. If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with this promotion may be used to administer the promotion, schedule appraisal appointments and communicate with participants. Where permitted by law, Covert Ford may also use submitted information for future marketing communications. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Acceptance of Rules

Participation in this promotion constitutes each entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
