Fleet Customers
Covert Ford Lincoln Mercury has a rich history of providing company operating fleets with the service they expect. A company with a qualifying fleet should first obtain a FIN code or Fleet Identification number. Once enrolled be sure to route all inquiries through the Fleet and Commercial Accounts Department. This FIN code gives you and your company access to exclusive benefits, specifically tailored for Ford Fleet Customers. Once enrolled, as a FIN code holder you will:
- Receive Fleet incentive and program information
- Receive advance notice of product information
- Learn about vehicle option availability
- Gain access to vehicle ordering status and scheduling
- FIN Code Holders have access to a toll-free customer service number exclusively for Ford Fleet Accounts. The Ford Customer Information Center (FCIC) provides Fleet Accounts with an efficient and accurate information source on Ford, Lincoln-Mercury, and Ford Customer Service Divisions.
FIN Code requirements are that the company must have purchased and registered or leased, for use in its operation, 5 or more new vehicles (any make or model) during the current or preceding calendar year, model year or preceding twelve month period. OR the company must currently operate a fleet of 15 or more vehicles (owned or leased)
How to Request
To request a FIN code for your company you can call the Ford Fleet Customer Information Center at 1-800-34-FLEET (1-800-343- 5338). Once Ford receives and verifies your documentation (you may be asked to provide proof of ownership of the vehicles in your fleet), your FIN Code will be activated.
